Primary applications include food-grade mixer drives in dairy and bakery facilities, screw conveyor head drives for grain and powder handling, wastewater treatment aeration valve actuators, roller conveyor drives in distribution centres, and small clarifier scraper drives in water treatment plants. The EPNMRV 063 is the default recommendation for Australian food processing plants requiring a compact reducer that can accept daily washdown.
When to Choose This Model
The EPNMRV 063 is the right model when your application sits in the 0.37-1.5 kW input power range with continuous-duty torques up to approximately 200 Nm. For applications requiring 2.2 kW or above, or output torques exceeding 300 Nm, step up to the EPNMRV 075.
