The EPNMRV 150 is the largest and highest-torque model in the EPNMRV aluminium worm reducer series. At 150 mm centre distance, it delivers output torques up to 16,508 Nm with input powers reaching 7.5 kW. It provides a genuine lightweight alternative to traditional cast-iron worm gearboxes in this torque class, reducing installed weight by approximately 35-40% — a critical factor for elevated platform installations, mobile equipment, and structures with limited load-bearing capacity.

Where the EPNMRV 150 Is Used

Deployed on large-scale water treatment clarifier drives (30m+ diameter tanks), heavy conveyor head drives in quarry and mining operations, large sluice gate and penstock actuators for dam infrastructure, industrial kiln rotation systems, and heavy-duty agricultural processing equipment including sugar mill auxiliary drives.
